[MITgcm-support] build errors for llc_1080

Hi Ryan, another set of quick tests:
1) Turn off all surface forcing and see if it fixes problem.
In data.exf comment out the file name specifications.
2) Set horizontally homogeneous initial conditions.
In data start from time step 0 and comment out the initial T/S files.
