[MITgcm-support] SPEEDY out of range surface air temp

Hi Alexandre,
It looks like you might have a case of "bad luck", i.e. an unusually big
storm going through a corner of the cube. This happens occasionally and
the model diverges although it can be stable for 1000s of years.
One way to deal with this is to change slightly a parameter and restart,
a small enough change so that the solution does not change fundamentally
but big enough to change the exact trajectory of the solution.
My favorite is the Shapiro filter timecale Shap_Trtau, which I change
from 5400. to 5300. (and back if the model blows up again few 1000s year
later).
It's worth giving it a try before doing more tricky things,
