[MITgcm-support] tidal forcing and wind forcing

Are they bit-identical, e.g., if you diff the results from two experiments.
As Jody pointed out, if your EXP_1 and EXP_2 results are "exactly" the same,
there is probably an error in one of the two experiments, so that you are in
fact repeating the same experiment twice.
