[MITgcm-support] python equivalent of calcZonalAvgCube.m?

Hi all,
I'm on the hunt for any and all python tools that are out there for working with MITgcm output on CS grids.
I see Martin's nice plotting routine in MITgcm/utils/python/MITgcmutils/MITgcmutils/cs/
but not much else in the main repository.
Does anybody have a ready-made solution for calculating zonal averages, along the lines of calcZonalAvgCube.m?
