[MITgcm-support] python equivalent of calcZonalAvgCube.m?

Brian,

just a few days ago, Oliver shared his stuff (Nov 9), have a look at the archive.
Maybe we can convince Oliver to check this in.

stuff in MITgcm/utils/python/MITgcmutils/MITgcmutils/llc.py
may also be useful (but not very)
