[MITgcm-support] problem with MNC pickup/restart

Thanks Martin

I had heard that using MNC for pickups in the long term was not ideal but
was unaware of the details.

In answer to your last question, yes I do have the relevant file(s) in my
run directory, which is why I am confused as to why the code is telling me
that the file(s) are absent.
