[MITgcm-support] subroutine EXF_INIT_RUNOFF

Hello,

In the s/r ICEFRONT_INIT_VARIA of the icefront package,
if ALLOW_SUBGLACIAL_RUNOFF is #defined in ICEFRONT_OPTIONS.h, the
subroutine EXF_INIT_RUNOFF is meant to be called.. but it seems as though
this call is deprecated as the file/sub is no longer in cvs? Is there a
replacement subroutine that should be used? or
should ALLOW_SUBGLACIAL_RUNOFF not be used with this package?
