Hi Yun, can you answer Dan's question below?
I forget, did we stop using ALLOW_SUBGLACIAL_RUNOFF
and replace it with pkg/obcs instead?
Also, we should check-in your 3D experiment configuration
in MITgcm_contrib as an example. Sorry, my fault, for not being
available when you offered to drop by JPL to do just that :-(
Dan, until Yun gets back with a better answer, you could
take a look at her 2D example, which is checked under
MITgcm_contrib/icefront/2D_example
Cheers

Hello,
In the s/r ICEFRONT_INIT_VARIA of the icefront package, if ALLOW_SUBGLACIAL_RUNOFF is #defined in ICEFRONT_OPTIONS.h, the subroutine EXF_INIT_RUNOFF is meant to be called.. but it seems as though this call is deprecated as the file/sub is no longer in cvs? Is there a replacement subroutine that should be used? or should ALLOW_SUBGLACIAL_RUNOFF not be used with this package?
thanks
dan
