[MITgcm-support] format of input files wrong in regional model with open boundary conditions?

Put a wall, i.e., bathymetry =0, at:
(i) the north or south boundary and
(ii) the east or west boundary.
This works because domain is doubly-periodic so a wall
at southern end is equivalent to a wall at northern end.
