[MITgcm-support] FW: Variable Kh in MITgcm

Hi Neill,

Unfortunately I believe nothing has changed since the response by  
Martin 2 years ago: variable horizontal viscosity and variable  
vertical diffusivity are implemented -- but I don't think variable  
horizontal diffusivity is implemented
