[MITgcm-support] blanktiles

Hi,

 I'm running  the high resolution cube model and have realized there are no examples utilising the blanklist option (for tiles falling entirely in land). Indeed I can't find a sample data.exch2 file at all.

Before attempting to implement this option I wondered if there is a good reason for it not being demonstrated in the examples?
