Clare, there is two examples checked in:
MITgcm_contrib/high_res_cube/code-mods/s1500t_17x51
MITgcm_contrib/high_res_cube/code-mods/s205t_85x85

I am pretty sure that I updated them after
JM's latest changes to exch2 routines.
