[MITgcm-support] quasi-hydrostatic options for atmosphere

Hi Yuan,

I don't think we ever had a "working" version of 
Quasi-Hydrostatic form for the P-coordinate (atmosphere)
checked in the CVS repository. But should not be too difficult 
to add (modifying pkg/mom_common/mom_quasihydrostatic.F ?).

And regarding the manual section 1.3.4.4, it's a little bit
an optimistic description (more advanced than the code is).
