[MITgcm-support] quasi-hydrostatic options for atmosphere

Hi Jean-Michel,

Thanks for the advice. I will try to modify the routine
to make it work with atmosphere. I did test the
quasihydrostatic option for atmosphere several years
ago but it appeared to be broken. By the way, I made
some changes to the gridalt package, now the interpolation
from dynamics grid to physics grid looks much better.
It no longer uses the weighted method (weight =1)
for temperature during the correction step. I will send you
the routine later so other modelers can use it. The
description of the interpolation procedure will be
included in the draft of my paper, so I will send you the
paper as well (hope I can finish it very soon).
