[MITgcm-support] Passive tracer diagnostics

Hi,

I am trying to diagnose the eddy transport of passive tracers, 
especially the tracer transport by
transient eddies. I noticed ptracers package has the output for the 
zonal and meridional fluxes
of tracers (UTRAC and VTRAC for instance). Are they snapshot or time 
averaged outputs? If I want
the time averaged UTRAC and VTRAC, how do I set the time average frequency?
