[MITgcm-support] offline setup

One follow-up question. I'm currently using GGL, but I see package offline has support for KPP mixing information (KPP_DiffSFile, KPP_ghatKFile) but not GGL. Is my best option to
- use KPP instead of GGL
- not define the 'ConvFile' for the offline package
- define the appropriate KPP files for the offline package

Thanks -
Holly

Here are the fields defined in the tutorial_dic_adjoffline with my best guess of the relevant diagnostic. Also, its unclear to me why this tutorial defines SFluxFile but not a HFluxFile.
