[MITgcm-support] obcs problem

Strange.  I am able to access the location
http://ecco2.jpl.nasa.gov/data1/arctic/run_template_cube81/mk_run_template.m
from home without a problem.  Could you send me the error message that  
you get for diagnostic purposes.

I attach the script and a function that I used to balance the currents.
You will need to adapt the script to your own set up by modifying the  
preamble.
