[MITgcm-support] Output SGS dissipation

I am not sure what you want to do exactly, but in principle  
diagnostics are available for energy budgets and dissipation. Have a  
look at the list in the available_diagnostics.log in your run  
directory, e.g. UBotDrag, Um_Diss, etc. ...
