[MITgcm-support] addition of selectNHfreeSurf

I updated code and In PARAMS.h there is a flag  selectNHfreeSurf. I'm 
"grepping" around the code and I only see it implemented in ini_parms.F, 
read_pickup.F, set_params.F, write_pickup.F, but  not in something 
"dynamical" like update_etah.F. Can someone point me to what the flag 
does and/or if it is used anywhere else at this time?

As an side, currently I run nonhydrostatic with exactConserv flag and 
nonlinFreeSurf=0 (since, as I understand it, nonlinFreeSurf can't be 
anything but 0 with nonhydrostatic).
