[MITgcm-support] reduce the size of STDOUT.000X

three things you can do in "data" file:

1. debuglevel=-1,                     will turn off debug output
2. monitorFreq=21600.,          or some other number specifies  
frequency of writes to STDOUT
3. useSingleCPUio=.TRUE., will only write info to STDOUT.0000
