[MITgcm-support] reduce the size of STDOUT.000X

Hi,

I'm fairly new to mitgcm.  I have parallelized it in a way that there  
are 8 pieces.  After a run of a few hundred years each of the 8 STDOUT  
files is 41 GB!!  Too much information!!   How do I reduce the  
frequency of writes to STDOUT.000X?
