[MITgcm-support] data.blk & data.ice?

Hi Stephanie,

I would like to model the heat fluxes from air temperature, air humidity, 
short & longwave radiation into the lake. I used the pkg/thsice, however 
I'm not sure how to set parameters in the data.ice and data.blk 
(BULKF_CONST & THSICE_CONST).
Could you please explain for me about these? (values & units)
