[MITgcm-support] Diagnostic package and Paging space

Hi,
It's a good suggestion not to reduce numlists & numperlist
from their default value (this will not save much memory space anyway).
But it's unlikely to be the problem since those values are checked,
and if too small, the model stops with an error msg.
Here, it seems more like a machine limitation, which could be
related to some memory access (but I don't know much ...).
