[MITgcm-support] web server and daily testing

Hi folks,

The testing pages are back on-line:

  http://mitgcm.org/testing.html

and we lost only 2--3 of the 25+ testing emails sent in during the few
days of downtime.  The "missing" tests from the cg01 cluster are due to
a separate issue (our verification runs were exceeding the default 2hr
queue lengths) which has also been fixed.
