[MITgcm-support] web server and daily testing

Hi folks,

A few of you have asked about recent problems with our web and email
server (mitgcm.org) so here is a quick summary:

 - over this past weekend, the RAID array that holds our testing 
     results suffered a disk failure:
       http://mitgcm.org/testing.html
     causing a bunch of problems for our web and email server

 - Greg is working to restore the data

 - all new test results are being saved (the emails containing 
      the info are being retained--we only lost about one day
      of results)

 - things should be working again soon -- maybe tomorrow?

Sorry for any inconvenience.  I'll send another email when the test
results are back on-line.
