[MITgcm-support] Stopping execution when NaNs are generated?

Hi Jody

I use a sligth change in cg2d.F on line 223 to stop the execution if the 
numbers get too large (copy the attached file to your /MITgcm/bin/ directory 
when you compile). It is not perfect but work most times. It has saved me a 
lot of cpu time :)
