Hi everyone,

I'm new to the support-forum so I'm sorry if my questions have been
already discussed or they are out of topic. 

I'm using the MITgcm in a simple Pacific Ocean (box with flat bottom and
smooth topography on the boundaries). I would like to compute easily the
kinetic energy and available potential energy in my basin, just one
value in all the basin. Does anyone have advise?

Is it possible to have that from the code? I didn't find that in your
web-guide.
