[MITgcm-support] diagnostics pkg

Eli, there's been some recent renaming and additions to pkg/exf diagnostics:

> o lab_sea now uses diagnostics package and provides a suite of
>   new EXF diagnostics output.

I have not yet looked at changes myself but you should be able to find 
out what's what in the available_diagnostics.log file.
