It's forced by the ECCO 1992-2002 fluxes repeated over and over again. 
So it does contain a seasonal cycle and some interannual variability 
(plus a spurious 11-year cycle).

I ran the model for 3000 not 300 years.  I have not formally verified 
that it is at equilibrium but I'd assume that it's pretty close. 
Incidentally this is an integration for OCMIP so I would assume that 
Stephanie/Mick have done same for the 2.8-deg config.

You are welcome to the 1-deg results if they can help you in your proposal.
