Hi Mike,

If you get a recent MITgcm (eg. from CVS), it includes a working
ptracers setup (w/ five tracers) which is located within our
verification suite:

  MITgcm/verification/dic_example

Also, other ptracers setups are available as you can see in recent
verification runs:
