Hi Jeff,

Yes, we are aware and working on it.  In the mean time, please use
Google with the search syntax:

  site:mitgcm.org YOUR_SEARCH_TERMS_HERE

Google has, in my opinion, has done a better job indexing our site than
our own search engine!
