Hi Ivana,

Sorry it took a while to respond.  I'm not entirely certain whats the
matter but here are a few possibilities:

  1) Are you sure that the code is actually failing to run?  
     These errors can, in many cases, be ignored.

  2) Have you tried a different "-fpeX" option?  Please look 
     in "man f90" on halem which will describe what the 
     different options do.

And in future please send these emails to the MITgcm-support list
<MITgcm-support at mitgcm.org> since that way you're most likely to get a
quick response.
