[MITgcm-support] Advection schemes and vorticity

Alistair, Ed,

Thanks for the help. On the advection schemes I am already using 
diffKhT, and diffKrT. So I think I am going to stick to that. On the 
relative vorticity issue, sure I can wait. Mean while I am generating it 
from the outputs myself. But as soon as you have it in the code let me 
know Ed, because my runs are just where I want the right now, and I 
don't want to screw it at the moment.
