[MITgcm-support] Testscript2 and cleaning

Dimitris,

 We are hoping to kill all the TR1/TR2 stuff soon. It wasn't supposed to
get into the code in the first place. It was code I wrote originally for
a quick piece of adjoint work with Veronique and Mick! 

 The plan it to keep TR1 stuff until PTRACERS with adjoint is all
running OK.
