[MITgcm-support] Rapid voteon EXF_OPTIONS.hversus EXF_CPPOPTIONS.h

BTW, for the records:
Have a look at the original checkin of packages exf, cal, e.g.
bottom of
http://dev.mitgcm.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/MITgcm/pkg/exf/EXF_CPPOPTIONS.h
http://dev.mitgcm.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/MITgcm/pkg/cal/CAL_CPPOPTIONS.h

"Added calendar package.
Not currently supported by mitgcm, i.e. disabled by default."

"Added external forcing package.
Not presently supported by mitgcm, i.e. disabled by default."

These packages were not supposed to be in the main branch
for a long time.
So I think that complaints are unwarranted that there's a mingling
with ECCO suff, or people who are complaining
should complain to themselves.

I'm happy to keep this discussion going for the rest of the day...
