[Mitgcm-support] Re: new tags

For those working on/with the ecco-branch:

Two files were missing in eesupp/src/
(I missed to copy them from the MAIN branch).
They are there now (gather_2d.F, scatter_2d.F).
And it's still the same tag ecco_c51_e34.
