[Mitgcm-support] Re: Release 1 Examples - Compilation Errors

Trying to see how far I can get with a standard build
I put a .genmakerc in input (from code) so that the appropriate
ad stuff gets included but now
I seem to have carriage return line feed sequences in active_file_control.F.
This is killing cpp for me. Anyone know how there \r\n sequences
are still getting in?
