[Mitgcm-support] ini_cg2d

For the adjoint code and the gradient check it will be
important that the fields cg2d_x, cg2d_b, cg2d_xnm1,
will not be initialized from ini_cg2d which is called from
initialized_fixed (and therefore is invisible to tamc),
but from e.g. ini_psurf (together with etaN, etaNm1)
which is called from initialise_varia -> ini_fields.

Request for cNN, where NN > 39.
