Hi Bruno,

No problem regarding offline_cheapaml, it's on the side (in Contrib)
but got tested everyday.

Regarding tag-index, it's good to update it each time there is a
significant modification (i.e., appart from changing a comment)
to make it easier to track changes.
But the description does not need to be long.
