Hi Jean-Michel,

Sorry, I didn't realize offline_cheapaml was part of the tests.  I chose
the default useRelativeWind=F to be consistent with exf but
useRelativeWind=T is also fine with me.

How does the tag system work?
Is it necessary to add a comment in doc/tag-index at every commit?
