[MITgcm-devel] cleaning old optfiles

Hi,

I've just moved few old optfiles from MITgcm/tools/build_options/
to MITgcm/tools/build_options/unsupported/
My impression was that these optfiles which did not get any significant
update from the last 10.yrs where good for this move.
But if you think some of them are still in use, let me know and
I will put them back.

I also think there might be other optfiles that could be moved too,
in particular some darwin/cygwin that I never used (and have no idea
how up-to-date they are). 
If you have some suggestions there.
