[MITgcm-devel] seaice code

Hi,
I am going to move "PARAMETER (MULTDIM=7)" from SEAICE.h
to SEAICE_SIZE.h (so that it can be changed by just keeping
a local copy of this little file).
It involves changing few files, so better to wait until I
finish this check-in (this morning) to check-in other things.
