[MITgcm-devel] units for empmr in diagnostics

The fields are not exactly the same, as the oceFWflx contains
contributions of stuff that's being called after seaice_model, e.g.,
my terrible balance fluxes stuff. The same is (probably) true for
oceQnet/SIqnet and oceQsw/SIqsw?
Still, we probably don't need the SI-variants, except for debugging
purposes?
