[MITgcm-devel] units for empmr in diagnostics

Jean-Michel, I have not checked recently but some time I made myself the 
following note:

C     pkg/diagnostics SIempmr, dumpfreq EmPmR, and tavefreq EmPmRtave
C     are identical but they differ from pkg/diagnostics EXFempmr, which
C     is EmPmR before impact of ice.

So I guess that SIempmr is identical to oceFWflx except for sign?  D.
