[MITgcm-devel] units for empmr in diagnostics

Hi Martin,

I agree with you ; the model diagnostics for EmPmR ("oceFWflx")
has been in kg/m^2/s for a long time, I though that I changed
also some comments in the time-average pkg, but did not update
the SEAICE ones, and the "units" of diagnostics "SIempmr" has not 
been updated when EmPmR was changed.
(not directly related to this: do we need 2 diagnostics, "oceFWflx"
and "SIempmr", for what appears to me as the same thing ? or may be I
missed a subtil difference ?)
Some netcdf descriptions (not from diagnostics pkg) needs
an update too.
