The units for the netcdf variable empmr are defined in model/src/
ini_mnc_vars.F, but the netcdf variable empmr is not really written
to a netcdf file except for in seaice_do_diags.F
All of this is not so important, but I guess that if the internal
units of empmr is kg/m^2/s, then it makes no sense to convert the
stuff back to m/s for output. If no-one objects, I''l change the
units of the netcdf variables (and diagnostic variables), EmPmR,
si_EmPmRtave, and SIempmr to kg/m^2/s.
