[MITgcm-devel] units for empmr in diagnostics

sorry, I meant, for SIempmr, the units are obviously kg/m^2/s but  
it's not documented in the corresponding diagUnits. EXFempmr is in m/ 
s and I assume that all of the input empmr/precip/evap/runoff is  
still in m/s, so should we change this one diagUnits in pkg/seaice  
and not worry about the different units or should empmr be converted  
back to m/s before written as SIempmr?
