[MITgcm-devel] changing some diagnostics names

Hello Dimitris,

I can't call you right now since my phone is not working.
I think I did not make things clear:
Those diag will be added, we will keep TFLUX & SFLUX
(in order to do a true budget), and will add also
2 others diags for surfaceForcingT & surfaceForcingS
(with scaling factor) (names ? surForcT & surForcS ?
or something else ?).
Some diags will be identical under some circumstances,
or could be deduces from others, but with NLFS & realFreshWater,
we need all of those diags.

regarding the replacement of TICE, we don't really need a prefix
"oce" since there is no ambiguity, but I am ready to
change for oceFreez.
