JM, OK with all your suggestions.

What will be really important though, is a small description
of what these various diagnostics are and how they are related to each other 
under differing forcing scenarios.

Right now I do not have a clear idea of what differences between oceQnet, 
surForcT, and TFLUX will be.  When will they be identical (to within a scaling 
factor) when will they differ?

Same question for oceSflux, SFLUX, surForcS, oceFWflx?
