[MITgcm-devel] changing some diagnostics names

JM, thanks for taking care of this.  I prefer all your 1rst choices below.

> oceTAUX, oceTAUY        <- replace TAUX,TAUY
> oceQnet (or oceQNET)    new, Qnet diagnostics

> oceFWflx (or oceEmPmR)  new, EmPmR diagnostics

To make sure that I understand:

1) oceQnet is surfaceForcingT rescaled?  Is it or is it not identical to TFLUX?

2) oceSflux is exactly what SFLUX was prior to 7 nov 06?

3) surfaceForcingS is the "sum" of oceFWflx and oceSflux, where oceSflux 
includes SRELAX and also virtual salt fluxes when model is driven with virtual 
salt fluxes?
